Who we are

We didn't learn this from a book. We learned it the hard way.

We are Maxim and Marie. Partners, parents of two, and practitioners based in Hamburg.

We know the bathroom floor moment. The shame after yelling. The exhaustion that makes "just be more patient" sound like a joke. We lived all of it before we found what actually works.

Everything in this course is something we practice ourselves. Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, sound, Ayurveda, movement. Not theory. Not trends. Tools that held us when nothing else did, taught from our own home and our studio, the RAOM Loft.

We don't claim to have it all figured out. We share what we have lived. That's the whole deal.

Questions we get a lot

Is this really free?

Yes. Completely. We built it because these tools changed our family, and we want them in yours. If you ever want to go deeper with us, we'll tell you. No tricks before that.

How much time do I need?

Most impulses take between 5 and 20 minutes. You choose one at a time, whenever it fits. There is no schedule to fall behind on.

Do I need any experience with yoga or breathwork?

No. Everything is guided step by step and made for beginners. If you can breathe, you can do this.

Can I do this with my kids around?

Several practices, yes. The oil massage and the dance especially love company. Others, like the soundbath, are your invitation to take 20 minutes just for you.

I'm skeptical of wellness content. Is this for me?
